How To Lose Weight And Get My Body Back?

Since June 7, 2009 I have been going the gym. Although I feel like I have more energy my body still looks ugly. I use to have nice leg – My legs look terrible after gaining 38 pounds. Some please help m!

workout 6 time a week for one hr
use treadmill, Elliptical, bikes, and weights

    Working out has always had little effect on me, but my diet on the other hand, has a colossal effect. I changed my eating habits one year ago and I dropped 18 kilos in 3 months. Do be aware of that such a rapid decrease isn’t exactly… ideal… But it worked for me. If you are like me, consider changing your diet, but don’t overdo it, like I did :)
