does endogenous enzymes not digest diets of broiler with own enzymes in broiler, why there is need of exogenous enzymes to improve body weight gain and feed conversion ratio??

    lipase digests fats
    cellulase digests cellulose, which we can not digest
    protease digests proteins
    digesting proteins before eating them makes them tenderer
    eating them predigested makes them available for absorption quicker
