What Is The Ideal Weight For A 5′10″ Female Athlete?

I’m 5′10″ female swimmer and am interested in losing a bit of weight. What weight would be appropriate for my body size?

    For a swimmer…150ish…I’m sure you have a lot of muscle.

    Well your a swimmer so your probably fit enough, i would recommend to stay the weight you are!

    Athlete? 135 or 140 if your nice and toned
