well you should try to lose that 20 pounds u gained, since u know it was for a “bad” reason. start exercising, it makes u happy
just walk or half jog for 30-45 minutes 5 times a week. and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, not a lot of junk food
    good luck !

According to CDC – Center for Disease Control & Prevention, your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 27.1 for your height & weight, indicating that you are in overweight category. It states that for your height & weight, you should be in the BMI range of 18.5 to 24.9. Keep in mind the information on the site is slightly misleading because there is no variance for males & females on the site. Males are obviously going to have more body mass. Talk to your physician about it & I’m sure he/can can determine a healthy weight & suggest a diet & exercise schedule.

Yes you need to lose weight. If you weeight 120 I think that fits a height of 5′2″. Just take it slow. Walk, eat more healthy, and hey I am trying to do the same thing. Im 5′2″ and weight 135. I gained due to back surgery and not being able to move around. Hang in there.

    Who Say’s your fat.
Fight that 20lbs, fight that depression, both can be beat with exercise. Watch “legally Blond” see what’s said about exercise. It’s true!!
