just walk or half jog for 30-45 minutes 5 times a week. and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, not a lot of junk food

According to CDC – Center for Disease Control & Prevention, your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 27.1 for your height & weight, indicating that you are in overweight category. It states that for your height & weight, you should be in the BMI range of 18.5 to 24.9. Keep in mind the information on the site is slightly misleading because there is no variance for males & females on the site. Males are obviously going to have more body mass. Talk to your physician about it & I’m sure he/can can determine a healthy weight & suggest a diet & exercise schedule.

Yes you need to lose weight. If you weeight 120 I think that fits a height of 5′2″. Just take it slow. Walk, eat more healthy, and hey I am trying to do the same thing. Im 5′2″ and weight 135. I gained due to back surgery and not being able to move around. Hang in there.
