How Much Weight Can An Average Sort Of Man Lift?

I was watching the women’s weight lifting – I was amazed to see that they are lifting twice my body weight over their heads.
I was just wondering how this compares with the average male – not a male weight lifter, just an average sort of guy, how much could they lift do you think?

It all depends on the guy. some people are naturally stronger than others (genetics). if a guy who has never worked out starts trying to lift 150lbs over his head he’s gonna hurt himself or not be able to lift it.
but if you go to the gym or if they know what they’re doing.. they start off with less weight and add more over time. its dangerous to just go for the most your first time. hope this helps!

Those women are stronger than the “average” man for sure but I see men at the gym lifting those sort of weights daily but then, they arn’t “average” they have a few years of training behind them.
