If not, then who cares. You are within a healthy body weight range. I think 10 more pounds and you would be considered overweight. Good Luck!</description>

		<description>you sound like me, your hour glass.  Your on the heavy side of normal BMI for your height.  Try to maintain your size, or go 5 pounds lighter &amp; maintain that.  I weight myself daily (no, thats not unhealthy) if I&#039;m breaching my personal goal, I eat smaller portions that day, or go for the King breakfast, queen lunch and then pauper dinner.  Dinner being at least 2 hours before bed time.  Good luck.  Keep in mind that women are supposed to be soft, not hard bodies. </description>

Here is the scale:
 Underweight = &lt;18.5 
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 
Overweight = 25-29.9 
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater  
So no worries, because  you are a healthy weight! </description>
