You have a BMI (body mass index) of 24.1, which is in the normal range. It is towards the heavier side of the normal range, but still normal!
Here is the scale:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
So no worries, because you are a healthy weight!

you sound like me, your hour glass. Your on the heavy side of normal BMI for your height. Try to maintain your size, or go 5 pounds lighter & maintain that. I weight myself daily (no, thats not unhealthy) if I’m breaching my personal goal, I eat smaller portions that day, or go for the King breakfast, queen lunch and then pauper dinner. Dinner being at least 2 hours before bed time. Good luck. Keep in mind that women are supposed to be soft, not hard bodies.

Sounds like you are within your “Normal” body weight based on what medical doctors would say. Do you feel like you need to lose weight? Then you should to be happier. If not, then who cares. You are within a healthy body weight range. I think 10 more pounds and you would be considered overweight. Good Luck!

Pear, because your hips are slightly bigger then your bust. You do not need to lose weight.

Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
Try the lil Jack work out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr… It works wonders
