Is It Harder For A Woman With An Apple Shaped Body To Lose Weight Or A Pare Shape?

I think it depends on the woman and not her body shape. I mean what kind of metabolism she has, diet, exercise, etc. Both body shapes can have challenges.

    No ,if you stick to a consistent programme you will just loose weight pretty fast ,this worked for me so here goes,

    I’ve always heard that apples have a harder time. But I know pears just have a tendency to have a harder time losing weight on the bottom. I do know I’m right in the middle, not quite a pear but not quite an apple either, and I have to eat like a rabbit and workout for an hour every single day in to order to really drop pounds, and I’ve always been like that, even before I really needed to lose weight.

    It’s easier to lose belly fat as opposed to fat around your butt and thighs.
