Ok I Have A Question About Body Shape/type And How To Loose Weight Is A Way?
ok look at this. I am pear shaped body. im female of course.http://healthguide.howstuffworks.com/dif…
but I just had my baby not long ago and my tummy is very flabby but not full of fat. like an empty sack kind of. lol. but there is a little puch of fat. anyways how do I tighten up the stomach area and loose the fat in my tummy without dramatically loosing weight in my lower half. i would like to tone and tighten the bottom half but not really loose the fat there. lol. i like my pear shap. i just hate my tummy so flabby. i hope it will tighten up again. how do i do this please help me.
i know cardio is good for losing fat but i dont want to loose my pear shape. i want my tummy tight and not really fat. please help.
unfortunately, to get rid of the fat around your tummy, you will also lose some fat from your bottom half.
the best way to lose the fat is to do cardio. burn them calories- and you’ll lose the fat!
you need to consume less calories than you burn to lose the fat.
to help tone your bottom half, squats and lunges are the best way.
Hi there

Just don’t eat
The key to tightening is strength training. This will tone your body and trim you down, but it won’t get rid of/drastically change the shape of your body by itself. The cardio is what helps with that. If you are looking to tone/trim the midsection, my suggestion would be to do a large variety of core strengthening exercises. Not just sit-ups, but all kinds. I can give you a huge list if you’d like, but your best option is to just research it and find the stuff you like to do. Any toning group fitness class will give you a good variety of things you can do at home in your own livingroom. Also, and I know you mentioned you don’t want to really do cardio, but you might look into a workout called turbojam or turbokick. It really really focuses on the core. A couple weeks of that and your midsectioni will definitely feel less flabby and more tight/compact.
If you would like a more specific list of core exercises, you can email me at oceaneyz02@yahoo.com or leave a comment on my blog:brandishealthyjourney.com. I will be more than happy to help you out.
