Weight Gain… Increase Lean Body Mass?
I am 32.. 6′2″ weigh about 83kg and am looking to gain some body mass. I have heard about super sets and was wondering about programs for free weights. I have a home gym that I currently use, with dumbells, bench press and leg extentions. Does anyone have any tips for fast weight gain??
Fast Wieght gain!? Set your body building program up for a daily work outs which focus on that target group. Monday Work out your cheast and shoulders and bi’s (why? those muscle groups closest) Tuesday Legs and abs..Wensday break Thursday Back and tri’s Friday Abs Calfs Forearms..Go with a simple program. but if you want to mass on make sure you do small reps with larger sets Exp. Bench Press do 8 sets 4 reps each. do the last rep to failure (failure is when you can no longer finish the exersice and your spotter helps you along the way. if you dont have a spotter dont worry..just dont do a failure set. building a work out rutine that way will really help you. Plus if I can suggest “Mens Health” Magizine and “Muscle Fittness” Great magizines to learn lots of work out tips.
I’d say you need to circuit train and eat before you’re hungry, drink before you’re thirsty. When you see the lean muscle mass taking lead over the body fat content, start focusing on specific muscle groups to target sculpting your bady to your liking. It’s a lot of work, it ain’t gonna happen overnight, but I would say 6-8 weeks should have you seeing some visible results. Also, I would find a coach(somebody who you think has a phisique similar to what you’d like to attain) to assist in your workout routines. Good luck!
