    you are not obese and they are anorexic, If you really want to lose a little weight do it for yourself not to look like anyone and please dont starve yourself it ends up worse in the long run, try to maintain a 3 meal a day routine with exercise, maybe go to the gym or get a personal trainer.
    But please dont go overboard dont starve yourself no matter what it will just work out to be worse in the long run

    Fad diets, or pills wont work. You can’t target fat loss either, your body does it all over on its own. Just lose fat in general and it will eventually come off you thighs and arms and stomach. No lean green tea will help. Eat less and exercise. No more sweets and greasy ****. If you cant do that, then you dont deserve to lose weight.

    Ok watch what u eat, eat more fruit and vegetables you are supposed 2 intake anywhere between 1500-2000 calories a day..U should maintain no more than 1,500 stop eating fast food if you do. Exercise more get out more. Go2 the gym if u have a membership. Join a sport @ a park or somethin’ unless ur school has one. Stop eating chips snacks if u do buy, buy the 100 calorie ones. Keep a log, uk the ones where u write down what u eat nd stuff make it into categories/columns. W/ drinks,food,snacks amount of calories per each serving. Nd then total calories u had in the day. MAke sure to get out more so you can burn the calories off…Awwm email me if u need more help or suggestions or want to stay motivated. :p

    miley cyurs or selena gomez are not regular teens.
    They have someone prepare their foods. They dont attend school. They have a personal trainer. These girls do not live a fun and healthy lifestyle as yourself.
    Just be you!

    well.. dont forget miley and selena are tv stars. i think that you shouldnt try to look like them. you should try to make a goal that is good for you. i would suggest to work out and eat healthy

    dance,play sports and get active in martial arts!no eating junk food and fast food more than 1 serving every 2 weeks!drink only water and eat fruits most of time time…you are still young…why does miley have to set standards here??

    find a nutritionist.. i’m guessing the amount of calories you should intake a day is somewhere between 1500-2000; just eat healthy foods, and exercise!
