Eat healthy food like broccoli, salmon, chicken breast and peanuts , you have to workout, to stimulate muscle growth and build muscle, you don’t need to get a gym membership , you can star by doing the right type of bodyweight exercises , track your results to see if you’re really increasing your weight , drink plenty of water as well, never be hungry eat between a 3 hours interval and please don’t waste your time in a fast food restaurant, it will just ruin your health and not increase your weight.
If you have a great metabolism, it won’t be easy! However, don’t be tempted to eat high calorie, non-healthy foods. It is better to exercise to build more muscle.
