Changing Body Types With Weight Loss?

At my heaviest weight, I had a cone body shape. I have since lost about 30 pounds and now I have a conish/ruler shape (It looks like it’s in the middle of both, I can’t decide). Do you think my body shape will change again when I lose the rest of my weight? If so , to what? I wouldn’t mind being an hourglass!

By “cone shaped” do you mean that you initially were heavier on top with a smaller lower body? And now you’re kind of evening out a bit? Well, they say genetics determine body shape more than weight. I don’t think you could get a perfect hourglass figure, but you can definitely come a lot closer. I think a ruler’s a lot better than a cone already, so congratulations. It’s probably better not to think too much about it. I’d just do the best I could to lose the weight and see what happens. I’m sure you’ll feel better, at the very least. Good luck.
