    Hey,
At 13 you are still growing. Don’t worry about your weight. So what, you are over your ‘ideal’ weight. I am 22 and according to the BMI I am overweight. My BMI should be between 18 and 25, its currently 26.3. Im 5′5 and 10.5 stone. At the same time, I am a size 10 on the bottom and a 14 on top (due to being quite busty).
Honestly, most of those sights are a gimmick, you are, Im sure, fine.
Don’t worry too much about it as weight goes up and down constantly. You will be fine. x

Don’t buy into these websites they will send anyone into a state of panic lol. If you do feel like you are over weight, a little exercise wont hirt anyone. Its a good way to socialise and have a better quality of life!

You shouldn’t worry too much, as you are still young and still growing, and need plenty of energy, but you can make sure that you keep fit and don’t gain any more weight.
Some good tips are to make sure you eat LOTS of fruit and vegetables, raw if possible, as these will fill you up without being calorific. Other foods which are good to fill up on include wholemeal bread, rice, and nuts. Also make sure you drink enough water, only have diet soft drinks, use skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, and don’t have sugar in your tea and coffee. Obviously avoid junk food (chocolate, crisps, sweets, chips) as much as possible.
Don’t get obsessive about it, stay happy – remember being healthy and fit is more important than body weight alone.
