I Am Female 21, Weight 52.6 Kg, Bmi Around 21, Body Fat % Was Tested At Local Gym At 14.7 %, 5ft.5?

so above what I want to know is well want to drop to 13% body fat . been going to gym firstly for just over 1yr now and have set realistic goals and have achieved them. however, to drop to 13% realise that more has to be done, i will not be seen in a bikini untill so!
Need tips from body builders / doctors/nurses etc – sensible answers only – Thank you

    well depending on what kind of work you do that can affect you in terms of psychical activity and also stress
    1 eat a healthy breakfast in the morning so long as is not fast food and also complement with high fiber the best source is natural fiber but if u dont know what food to get it from buy some fiber at any store such as GNC or vitamin shoppe ( i could give you a list of foods but it be too long ) and it will jump start ur metabolism
    do drink water u will at 1st gain water weight but after a day or so u will urinate any extra water u dont need and in doing so u will also flush out toxins from your body that contribute to fat storage
    eat at least 4 to 5 times a day the more you eat the more your metabolism work and the less fat u will retain its sounds weird to eat more to loose weight but it works have at least 2 fruit servings a day to help with digestion
    workout at a regular basis but remember to alternate your cardio ( which cardio is the best way jump start body fat loss ) do the bike 1 day the 2nd day do the treadmill 3rd day do aerobics 4th day do dancing 5th day mix and match to keep the body moving
    implement a multivitamin to help with body functions as well as good quality protein and also i recomend some glutamine to help with muscle recovery as well as some creatine to help muscles improve
    GOLDEN RULE 1 u will gain weight doing all these things but it will be muscle weight if done correctly remember muscle weights more than fat but overall your bmi will be reduced
    GOLDEN RULE 2 stay focused and positive it will take time but remember the grand cayon was forged by water chewing up stone and now look at it magnificient even hard rock is no match for gentle water when ever you give up just say this BEAUTY TAKES TIME and you will pull trough anything
    GOLDEN RULE 3 always find support from your friends and family or by simply putting anything that troubles you in a post and seek coments from different people just like you did here
    GOLDEN RULE 4 dont abuse fat burners they will help u jump start but the problem with them is u can become dependent on them to the point where if you dont have them u will feel like u cant even do 10 mins of cardio and afterwards u will need to have them every day or u will be cranky when u dont take them ( this happened to me )
    GOLDEN RULE 5 get plenty of rest because when you rest ur body regenerates and it does wonders for your overall attitude
