How Can I Increase My Body Weight ???

Hellooo alll , i am facing many probs. due 2 my weight , i am very thin average body type boy , i want to increase my body weight soo tell me wat should i eat ??
pls tell me immdiately

    My best friend has the same problem and he did gain weight by doing weight lifting and eating lots of protein and carbohydrates.
    Eat stuff that is good for you and not junk because that will just create fat and not muscle.
    Eat lots of nuts (almonds are great)
    Chicken
    Red Meat
    Eggs.
    Whole Wheat Breads
    Pasta
    are all great

    If you want just to increase your weight… Every morning direct after you dry yourself after taking shower spread some food-oil (two-three tea spoons) on your body and do it like massage working into your skin. This is the best time when skin is taking most of fat. You will see that it’s really sucks in, may be you will need more oil, but not too much for one time. Even if you continue to eat the same way as before you gain your weight. It’s really works fast. But choose correct oil – in winter time the best is warming (sesame or mustard-seed oils), in summer time cooling like Mandel or coconut oil… Good luck!!!!

    In order to build muscles, you will need to have a lot of protein in your diet. If you notice, dietary supplements for body builders are generally loaded with protein. So, increase your protein intake by eating more meat/poultry. Make sure that your diet is well balanced in all other nutrients.
