I Am M/19,having Weight 65kg And Height 169 Cm?
i have a well built body except for my tummy…the reason for my tummy been big is maybe due to my unhealthy diet..
its the one thing that annoys me the most since i have a normal height-to-weight ratio…but there’s just too much abdominal fat around my waist…i want to know about the exercises that will help me in reducing my tummy…
i’ve been hitting the weights since quiet a while now and sometimes i do sit-ups…
my diet mainly includes non-veg and oily stuff almost every day…
please suggest any appropriate measures that i should take…..thanks in advance !!

Weight traning burns fat. Pilates is also a great way to tone up all around or start running (at least 2 or 3 miles 3 or 4 times a week). Stay away from greasy foods, fast food, soda and moderate your carb intake (bread, pasta, potatoes). Eat more protein (chicken, salmon). Most importantly, learn how to cook. You don’t have to depend on anyone and you will impress the ladies.
remember this, you can not loose fat in one area, you need to loose over-all body weight to make it toned,, that’s it …
