How Can I Lose Body Fat & Alot Of Weight Quickly?
I want to lose at least 50 pounds before summer.
Don’t say it’s impossible, please.
It’s not so much that I want to lose weight,
I just really need to get rid of my body fat.
I’m 15.
What are some excersizes to help me with my stomach fat & legs?
How can I make my face skinnier?
& What foods should I eat?
I want it to be free, no pills or acai berry.

i myself am trying to drop a few pounds to get ready for summer, i am not “overweight”, but i want to look good.
i did a lot of research on the topic and acctually drinking LOTS of water helps me. try a counting your calorie book as well, it really helps you realize how much you actually eat.
during the day when your just hanging around try chewing gum, it reduces your hunger cravings.
your stomach is the last place that starts to lose weight, weight loss works from the outside in. don’t try to many crunches, pushups, etc. for toning until after you have lost a lot of your fat, otherwise its almost pointless.
lots of cardio, stairsteppers work great for me. also biking, and just plain running. also; jummp roping burns LOTS of calories, and fat! one hour of jumping, if your jumping rather fast and sweating, can burn 1000 calories! 1000 calories in an hour is realllly goood.
try joining a gym club, i’m in one, not in a group, but its a nice facility.
your local hospital would probably be the best place to work out.

First of all, you are beautiful no matter what anyone else thinks. I dont like the way i look but oh well. The best way, (my aunt lost 55 pound in a few months doing this) is to drink water and eat 6-7 small meals a day. Yep, thats it! Drink at least 120 oz. of water each day, cut back on meal portions, and try not to eat fatty foods. I know they are oh so yummy! Also, if you count the number of times you chew each bite, your brain will tell your tummy its not as hungry as it thought it was. No idea how it works, but it does:)
