Anyone Achieved A Lean, Toned Body On Weight Watchers?

I am curious to know if any ladies out there have been able to achieve a body fat percentage below 25% while on Weight Watchers. The reason I ask is because all of the women I know that use the WW system never seem to lose all of the weight- there’s always 20-40 pounds that seems to hang around on that diet. Anybody get a truly lean body using Weight Watchers?

Well I’ve never restricted my calorie intake and have achieved 24% body fat down from 30%. All I did was eat a healthy diet full of lean protein and regular strength training and weight lifting as well as a little cardio. In fact I only lost 5lb on the scale, but was replacing fat with muscle.
I don’t believe in low calorie diets, they just result in muscle loss which in turn increases the body fat percentage.

No one. Why? Because losing scale weight does not make one toned or lean. Being tone means building muscle and the only way to do that is with resistance exercise. You combine WW with exercise or all you do is gett smaller but stay flabby. Muscle builds metabolism and makes you lean for life.

Not without including some sort of exercise program. Sure, WW is a good program for getting on track to losing weight…but to actually tone up and be lean – that takes exercise.
