That’s going to take a while dear…. I just calculated your BMI:
You have a Body Mass Index of 28.53 . This means that you fall into the overweight range.
Your BMI is just above the ideal range and if you’re a keen athlete or have plenty of body muscle, there is no need to worry. If this isn’t the reason for your higher BMI, checking your diet and making small changes now can prevent you from gaining any more weight, and can help you to lose the extra weight. Even a modest 5-10% weight loss will have a major benefit on your health.
I’d suggest sport… I’m afraid to say that it’s unlikly for you to end up with a supermodel’s body (uber skinny)… but you cn end up with a lovely one… Sport and excersize is the answer… And keep eating… just decreases the intake of the baddies- dairy, sugar, proccessed foods, etc etc…

Very tough. Perhaps one way is to change our diets, exercise more, be healthier (as in drinking more water, eating less crap, getting more sleep, taking care of our mental health [being sad or depressed makes us want to eat more]).
As for food, try *negative calorie* foods (foods which require more energy to be spent digesting them then what is gained by doing so). Just try typing in negative calorie foods into google and see what comes up. I posted one link to demonstrate.
Remember, that losing weight like this is not a cheap fix. You’d have to combine this with the other changes and then hopefully you’ll lose some weight permanently!
Good luck!

Just remember, quite a lot of models starve themselves for their body.
But….just eat sensibly. Like 1400-1600 cals a day and try to burn at least 300 cals. And drinking green tea and eating apples are good ways to stop hunger pangs.

Google coconut oil and weight loss. Some say it helps them lose weight, and can help suppress appetite. My mum tried it and lost 5 kg in 2 weeks.

You didn’t mention health, just body. Something like amphetamines might be up your alley?

instead of eating 3-4 meals eat 6-8 small meals, and do lots of cardio.
