Daily Calorie Intake To Maintain Weight?
i do HILT 3 days a week for 15 min, with a 5 min warmup, then i do short sprints w/ or w/out a parachute, agility ladder, and hill running for another 30, 2 days a week i run 3-5 miles, with upper body free weight lifting, im 16 year old male 5′8 135 lbs, my doctor said 2400, but i just want to make sure.
If you’re doctor said 2400, it’s 2400. If you really need a second opinion, you can consult a nurtrionist.
uh, i don’t see why you would trust someone on YA more than your own doctor.
if he said 2400, he is most likely to be right. after all, he’s the doctor!
