If I (women) Do Weight Training Will I Pick Up Weight? Im Trying To Tone My Body!?

eventually as your muscles grow you’ll be gaining additional muscle weight as well. but the effect or increase in your size and weight won’t be that sensational since you’ll be burning unwanted fats in the process.
Unless you are totally dedicated, lifting really heavy weights and taking supplements and steroids you are not going to bulk up. It is quite hard for most women to build a lot of muscle but the more lean tissue you have the more efficiently your body will burn fat.
you would have to do heavy weights for that, just use 2-5 pound weights and do lots of reps this definitely tones without bulk, personally I prefer Pilate’s wow awesome toning I mean muscles I never knew I had! Winsor Pilate’s from the tv are great!!

If you use light weights with a lot of reps you will not bulk up.
just combine it with plenty of cardio so that you dont because muscle weighs more than fat
