Ok, i got some good ones. The best thing you could get is a bench. I’m not sure you have one, but if you do, you can lay on it, and just use the dumbells as a bench press bar. Lower them to your chest, then extend your arms all the way.(this works your pecs/biceps). Another pec workout is to lay down on your back (better if on a bench) and put your arms all the way up, then spread your arms outwards.
Without a bench, stand up, take 2 dumbeles and curl them. This works biceps.
For triceps, hold a weight in 2 hands, put it behind your head, then unbend your elbows and extend the weight over your head. best to do these slowly to feel the burn.
Now, shoulders. just stand up, through the weights up on your shoulders, and raise your hands above your head and down again. As if your holding a bar, and lifting it up and down, but stop when you get to your head, then lift up again. It will hurt so use lower weights.
    Hope this helped!
