How Much Should I Be Able To Back Squat If I’m A 34 Year Old Female?

Is the value a ratio? What is the ratio between body weight and back squat weight for women?

there is no ratio, its all dependent on your physical ability. some women are tiny and can squat huge amounts (professional weightlifters) while some are big and can’t even squat their bodyweight (morbidly obese). Squat with your body weight and a broomstick where the bar would be, to focus on form and ascertain your abilities. From there, in a proper power rack at a gym (where you can set up safeguards should you mess up mid-squat), try just the bar (45 lbs), and if that is still easy, add weight to your discretion. Good luck!
