Weight Loss/body Type Question?

I’m 5′4, 115 pounds. But I have a weird body type in that I’m really bony on top (you can see all the bones in my chest) but could stand to lose weight around my stomach area. (I’m a size 0 so it’s weird) I know you can’t spot reduce, but I don’t know what to do. If I lose anymore weight from my boobs/upper body I will look horrible. How can I get a flatter stomach and still burn off my little tummy without losing any more up top?
Thanks.

Work out with weights. Weight-bearing exercises don’t automatically make you bulk up… you have to do it with that intention for it to happen. Stick to the exercises geared for toning. BUT you may want to add a little lean mass to your upper body, to reduce the “bony” look (therefore looking healthier), and then the muscle will work with your body to eat away at any fat on your body. Ignore the scale and go by appearance & how things fit.

You may not need to loose weight in your stomach….. but instead tighten it. If you want suggestions on how to do this let me know.
