Can I Efficiently Tone My Body With Nothing But Free Weights?
I have a whole dumbell set, going from .5 lbs to about 45 lbs each, in pairs, and a few barbells. Is this enough stuff to tone my body? I hate using the machines at the gym because I just hate the gym environment. I’d rather do this in my basement.
Can anyone recommend a good place to find a good full body workout for women using nothing but free weights?
Any suggestions! I’m a newbie to this stuff.

For once somebody wants to work with free weights instead of machines.
Yes, you can in fact lose body fat just using free weights. In fact, they are much more efficient compared to machines.
I would recommend doing a circuit style of training and include squats, deadlifts, and presses (at least).
